QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Frequently Asked Questions

What is this program?

The Early Learning Shared Services Alliance is a program for Central Florida childcare programs on a mission to help you and your center or family home increase enrollment, reduce your administrative task list, and grow your business through the help of free tools, back-office support, and coaching. If accepted, you’ll be a part of a professional network of other Owners and Directors who run financially stable and operationally efficient programs, and spend the majority of their time focused on improving quality and growing their business.

How long will this program last?

ELSSA is a long-term partner. You can be a part of this program as long as you’d like, but we ask that you commit to at least 1 year if accepted.

What do I have to pay?

Nothing. ELSSA is a free program for the first year. Once the first network has increased revenues and financial stability, we plan implement a small monthly fee for continued success.

What are the qualifications?

You must:

  • Be located in Orange, Osceola or Brevard County.
  • Be a licensed child care center or family child care home.
  • Have been in business for at least 12 months.
  • Have access to a computer or mobile device.
  • Agree to participate in the program for at least a year.
Will the technology take a lot of time to implement?

Not at all. You’ll have a dedicated support team to help you set up your system and then provide ongoing training. You should see the benefits of your technology within a few days.

Do we have to use the technology provided to participate?

Yes, you must commit to using the software during the first year. We will provide full support with onboarding and implementation.

How often will we meet?

We may ask to meet with you up to once a week during the first few months, but we expect you’ll spend less than 10 hours a month with your back-office support team and business coach.
